#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. In Dudinka, sailors are conducting excursions around the large anti-submarine ship Severomorsk. The ship arrived in the capital of the Arctic on September 7 as part of a detachment of the Northern Fleet ships.
Officers tell guests about the Severomorsk history, its technical characteristics and combat capabilities. On the helipad of the anti-submarine ship, you can see the Ka-27. There are special areas for photo sessions on the ship.
You can visit the ship until September 13th. The number of people in the excursion group is limited – no more than 10.
“The stay of the Northern Fleet sailors in Taimyr is of great interest to local residents. Last year, during the excursion programs on the ships of the Northern Fleet, more than 10.5 thousand residents of Norilsk and Taimyr visited Dudinka”, the press office of the Northern Fleet noted.
Recall that the Northern Fleet ships have already carried out maneuvers on Taimyr. Last summer, the entire personnel participated in the exercises – more than a thousand people. And in 2019, near the Dudinsky seaport, a tactical exercise was held on the amphibious assault landing on the unequipped Yenisey coast.
