#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The pre-New Year’s episode of Anton Zaitsev’s gastronomic show Around Food has been released on the Severny Gorod TV channel. His guest was the chef of the Polar Star restaurant Alexander Skibin, who offered four dishes at once that would be a worthy decoration for the New Year’s table.
Alexander Skibin, despite the kitchen’s main person position, devotes a lot of time to his own training and professional development. For example, he has recently studied in Krasnoyarsk, in one of the best, in his opinion, culinary schools – the Paul Bocuse Institute of Gastronomy. This gives a tangible effect and even brings recognition: for example, in November, Alexander Skibin was recognized as the chef of the year after winning in the category Services for Production Sphere.
“This gives me confidence and shows that I am doing everything right”, the guest says.
The chef, who, by the way, is a frequent visitor of the gastro show Around Food, suggested composing this New Year’s table from relatively simple, but very impressive, and most importantly, delicious dishes. We are sharing the recipe with our readers.
