#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The HeadHunter group of companies, the largest Russian internet recruitment company, has presented the annual Rating of Russian employers in 2020. The list includes the 200 best enterprises in the country.
When preparing the rating, employing companies were assessed according to three indicators: efficiency and degree of development of the HR function; internal assessment – the opinion of company employees. Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is an indicator that measures employee loyalty to the organization in which they work. The employees of the company are asked the question: to what extent are you ready to recommend the company as a place of work to your friends or acquaintances? Finally, external evaluation is the opinion of job seekers. Applicants chose the companies in which they would like to work according to the methodology approved by the All-Russia Public Opinion Research Center.
Nornickel took the first place among the largest enterprises in Russia with more than 5000 employees in the Industrial Production section. The final score is 107.35.
In the overall rating of employers, the company is on the 16th line. Note that Nornickel has been consistently high in the ratings for many years.
“Employer ratings for any company is an important factor that clearly shows the trust in it on the part of current and potential employees. We are proud that by the end of 2020, Nornickel continues to hold the status of the best employer in the metallurgical industry in all significant ratings with federal coverage (HeadHunter, Universum, Ranstadt). It is especially valuable that all of them are independent and use reliable methods of data collection when conducting research”, said Daria Kryachkova, vice president for HR at Nornickel.
