In addition, among the mandatory conditions for obtaining – the presence of registration in Norilsk and training in any institution subordinated to the departments of general and preschool education, sports, as well as culture and art.
The children will be able to go to health organizations located in the Moscow region. The cost of the vouchers will be reimbursed by 80 percent from the local budget. Children will also be sent on health-improving holidays depending on the epidemic situation associated with the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the press office of the Norilsk administration reports. The members of the social policy commission unanimously supported the presented initiative of the city administration. The final decision will be made at the next session of the city council.
