#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. Russian Sports Minister Oleg Matytsin signed an order to award commemorative medals in honor of the tenth anniversary of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Sochi. The document was published on the department’s official website.
The award was given for significant contribution to the preparation and holding of the XXII Olympic Winter Games and XI Paralympic Winter Games. The list included 40 people, including Nornickel president Vladimir Potanin.
Let us remind you that the company makes a significant contribution to the development of sports in the Arctic – volleyball, football, curling. The annual charity match with the participation of hockey legends recently ended in Norilsk.
They collected three million rubles – the company doubled the amount. The funds will be used to develop children’s sports schools in Norilsk and Dudinka.
