“On the ground floor there will be an economic and medical block, a cafe, administrative, commercial and engineering premises. On the second – a children’s pool and a pool for sports swimming, a tribune for 300 seats and a bath complex. On the third – a fitness center, a gym, locker rooms, a tanning studio, a phytobar, utility and technical support facilities. An interesting solution to this building is parking under the first floor for 22 parking spaces”, the administration explained.
Two six-story residential buildings will be built on Laureatov street.
The buildings will have vestibule groups with mailboxes, wheelchair zones, stair-lift halls. On the first floors there will be apartments for people with limited mobility – the houses are provided with lifts. The buildings will fit into the ensemble of the surrounding buildings.
The student campus, a project necessary not only for the transformation of Polar State University, but also for attracting young people, will be built on 50 Let Octyabrya street.
Recall that this will be a building of three blocks: a three-story public building, a seven-story building for teachers and a five-story building for students. The complex provides medical, administrative, educational premises, a conference hall, recreational areas and a coworking area, elevators, open front staircases with natural light.
