#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. While the rest of Russia is enjoying the summer, the Arctic is still in anticipation of warm days. The first summer week does not promise the long-awaited change of weather for the northerners. But it is worth a little patience – the heat will definitely come.
According to the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, the whole week in Norilsk will be cloudy and rainy sometimes. The air temperature will not rise above six to seven degrees.
The northerners are asked to be careful when entering the tundra: avalanche danger remains in the mountainous regions, and the ice is unstable.
