#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. Sosnovoborsk has become the winner of the competition for the Krasnoyarsk region’s youth capital title. It is there that next year mass events in key areas of youth policy will be held.
In addition to Sosnovoborsk, Norilsk and the Taimyrsky Dolgano-Nenets municipal district, as well as Lesosibirsk, Minusinsk and Karatuz district reached the final of the competition. More than 80 thousand residents of the region took part in the voting.
Now Sosnovoborsk will have to host zonal and regional events in the field of sports, volunteerism, development of creative potential and others during the year. This is reported by the official portal of the region government.
Recall that the youth capital of the Krasnoyarsk region in 2024 is Kansk.
The Krasnoyarsk Region’s Youth Capital project has been operating since 2017. The main selection criteria are the availability of infrastructure facilities for mass events, the effectiveness of the headquarters of flagship programmes and readiness to implement major projects.
