#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. Olesya Mahotina from Norilsk performed at the main track and field start of the season among veterans, winning two bronze and one gold medals.
The competitions were held in Moscow with a record number of participants – more than 470 people from 57 regions of the country, including 24 world and European champions among veterans of different years.
Olesya Mahotina in the age of 40 group took third place in the 400 meters competition with the time of 1.05.52, as well as in the 60 meters with 8.77. In the 4×200 meters relay, the northerner became the first (result – 28.63), while she set a new Russian record – the previous one had stayed unbroken for 15 years.
Earlier, Olesya Mahotina had won gold and two silvers in international competitions and brought two golds from the championship of Tatarstan, and had also become the third in the Sprint – Masters track and field athletics Super Cup of Russia.
