#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The development of a project for participation in the All-Russian competition of the best solutions for creating a comfortable urban environment continues.
The acquaintance of a group of architects from the design and architecture studio with a team of young people from Norilsk, who joined the City lake improvement project, took place online. The participants shared their vision of the lake improvement: they talked about the installation of a warm pavilion with a coffee point on the projected area, the idea of an observation deck in the form of a street bar was supported. There was an idea to create an eco-collection point for recyclables, the meeting participants chose the color concept of the project.
The designers suggested using one of the landscaping trends: smart objects – heated benches and special equipment for repelling insects, which is very relevant for the Norilsk summer. The city can now become the first in the Krasnoyarsk region to use warm outdoor furniture in a public space.
We also reported that the Ice Palace project will be ready in 2023 – Nornickel will invest six billion rubles in its construction; almost a billion rubles is planned to be spent on public spaces in the region.
