#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The deputies of the commission on social policy of the Norilsk city council considered the draft amendment to the Physical Education and Sports Development municipal program. Its funding volume is proposed to be increased.
The municipal competitions resulted in savings of 12.2 million rubles. At the same time, funds for various sports events will require about 22.2 million rubles. Thus, in addition to the planned amount, it is necessary to allocate about 9 million rubles from the budget.
The funds will be used to purchase spare parts and equipment for the ice field and consumables for the shooting range of the Arctica sports palace; payment of utilities in the Laguna health complex; payment of expenses related to the participation of work teams in the sports festivals.
The largest amount – about 13.6 million rubles – will go to the participation of Norilsk athletes in away competitions.
The total funding for the program in 2024 will amount to over 1.3 billion rubles.
