“Any sports school is aimed at ensuring that its pupils win, so there was serious competition in Achinsk”, said Sabina Ahmedova, deputy director of sports school №6. “For Alexander, this victory was the first in his career. To be honest, we did not expect such a result from him. He surprised us all and made us very happy. He is a very promising athlete. Thanks to his success in Achinsk, Alexander got the right to participate in the championship of the Siberian Federal District”.
As it was told in the sports school №3, for Igor Demidenko the victory in the regional championship was also the first in his career. At the previous regional performances, which took place in December, the young man was only third.
