Thus, 38.3 percent of respondents spoke in favor of landscaping and improvement of the city. In particular, residents are asking to create more public spaces, add new, bright objects, plant greenery and asphalt yards, install more garbage containers, and so on.
In addition, more than 15 percent of northerners expressed their wishes for the construction of new houses and repair of the old facades in the city. The respondents suggested repairing the Norilsk-Kayerkan highway, improving the work of public transport and providing people with high-quality drinking water.
In the opinion of the Norilsk people, it is necessary to support the healthcare sector: to attract specialists, equip medical institutions with modern equipment.
All proposals will be taken into account when developing a comprehensive development plan for Norilsk.
