#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. In the first round of the Junior League, which took place in Reutov city near Moscow, the nearest reserve of Norilsk Nickel played three matches, one of which they won, got drew in another match and lost the third one.
In the first game, the charges of Alexander Sokolov and Alexey Brusentsov beat their peers from Dynamo-Samara – 3:2. The next day they drew 2:2 against one of the favorites of the tournament – the KPRF team. On the final day of the round, the northerners lost to the league debutant of the St. Petersburg Academy – 0:3.
Thus, in the three starting meetings the Norilsk players scored four points and occupy the middle of the standings.
Recall that a total of 13 teams participate in the competition. The second round is scheduled for January, the third one – for the beginning of February. In total, at the initial stage, each team will hold 12 meetings. The top eight teams at the end of the regular stage will continue to fight in the playoffs in the Final Eight format. The winner and prize-winners of the competition will be determined at the end of winter.
