#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. In the next round of the Russian Championship among Super League clubs, Norilsk Nickel defeated Ukhta FC away and moved up to third place in the standings.
In the first match the Norilsk players opened the score: in the second minute Brazilian Rodriginho scored. Six minutes later, thanks to the efforts of Anton Rudykh, the hosts equalized the score. Three minutes later, the guests took the lead again – Roman Bukin scored. At the end of the first half, Zanotto scored and gave the Ukhta residents hope for salvation.

After the break, only the guests scored: first Rodriginho made a double in the 35th minute, and then Ruslan Kudziev put an end to the dispute – 4:2 in favor of the polar team.
The return match turned out to be more intense. In the first 25 minutes, Ukhta responded to Kudziev’s goal (18th minute) with an accurate shot performed by Rudykh (20th minute).

After the break, the top scorer of the Norilsk team continued: in the 28th minute Ruslan brought his team forward, seven minutes later Alexander Sitnikov equalized the score, immediately after that Roman Bukin sent the ball into his own goal (this is how Ukhta took the lead in the match for the first time), and in the 41st minute Kudziev scored a hat-trick. The Nickel players continued to press on the rivals’ goal, as a result, the hosts were forced to start from the center of the site twice more: Zanotto and Vladislav Shayakhmetov distinguished themselves in the 44th and 46th minutes, respectively. In the interval between the Norilsk’s fourth and fifth goals, Ukhta managed to pay back – Brito Pedala scored at his own expense. As a result, Norilsk Nickel won with a minimum margin – 5:4.
As a result of the round, the Norilsk people with 24 points moved up to the third line of the standings. The KPRF (CPRF) and Tyumen have the same points, but they have the best additional indicators. At the same time, the race of the Super League scorers is confidently headed by the player of Norilsk Nickel Ruslan Kudziev, who has already scored 17 goals in 11 matches.
Next time in the championship Norilsk Nickel will play only on December 18 and 19 against the winner of the last season – KPRF. And before that, on November 19, in the Russian Cup, Evgeny Kuksevich’s wards will have to face off against Sinara from Yekaterinburg. The return cup meeting between the teams will take place on November 26.
In the previous round, Norilsk Nickel beat New Generation – 3:2 and 7:1.
