#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. At the end of each month, the Futsal Association of Russia conducts an open vote on social networks, in which game fans choose the best mentor. In March Evgeny Kuksevich, mentor of the Norilsk Nickel FC, was recognized as the best coach.
Almost 38 percent of the respondents voted for the helmsman of Norilsk. He was slightly ahead of the Nizhny Novgorod Torpedo’s coach Rashid Kamaletdinov. The third line of the popular vote went to the mentor of the Yekaterinburg Sinara Evgeny Davletshin. More than a thousand people took part in the voting.
Let us remind you that in March the Polar team played five matches, in four of which they won: they beat Novaya Generation – 5:4, Ukhta (twice) – 4:1 and 6:5, as well as Gazprom-Yugra – 4:2. By the way, the second match against Ugra residents also ended with a 3:1 victory for the nickel players, but it was played on April 1, so it was not taken into account when voting.
Let us add that now Norilsk Nickel has 57 points and the second place in the standings. Yevgeny Kuksevich’s charges miss the nearest 17th round due to an odd number of teams in the league. They will take to the floor in the final, 18th round of the regular season, when they will play away with the reigning champion – the CPRF club. The matches will be held in Klimovsk near Moscow on May 8 and 9.
