#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The Cities for Children competition is held annually. This year, 178 participants from 62 regions were registered. 28 cities and municipalities became winners and nominees. Norilsk has got the status for the third time in a row.
“The participants demonstrated advanced social practices aimed at improving the quality of life and improving conditions for raising children. Such successful solutions should be more actively implemented throughout the country”, said Galina Karelova, deputy chairman of the Federation Council, chairman of the organizing committee.
This year, according to the terms of the competition, it was necessary to complete a number of tasks. This is the creation of a book in memory of fellow countrymen who participated in the Great Patriotic War, an increase in the number of sites and events for parents with children, including those with disabled children, and others.
