#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The traditional tournament dedicated to the memory of the Olympic champion Elena Naimushina was held in Krasnoyarsk with the participation of about 130 athletes from 17 regions. Norilsk was represented at the competition by a pupil of the sports school №2 Sergey Mikhno.
The Norilsk sportsman was considered one of the favorites of the tournament. As a result, he became the winner in the exercises on the uneven bars, won the bronze medal in the exercises on horseback and took third place on the bar. 14-year-old Sergey Mikhno is a candidate for master of sports. The gymnast is coached by Alexander Korostelev.
As the This Is Taimyr was told at the sports school №2, immediately after the competition, the athlete and his coach went to the training camp, which is also held in the regional capital, in order to get ready for participation in the Siberian Cup in Leninsk-Kuznetskiy (Kemerovo region) in December.
