“We are preparing for the reconstruction of the grammar school No. 4. Unfortunately, the building can no longer be preserved, but we will do our best to recreate it in the form it has always been known. Perhaps the building will be one floor higher”, Dmitry Karasev shared his plans.
At the meeting with the townspeople, the Norilsk head touched upon the topics of attracting doctors to the territory, solving the problems of snow removal and road repair, spoke about municipal programs for the city development and further renovation within the framework of additional financing by Nornickel for 150 billion rubles.

At the end of the meeting, Dmitry Karasev urged the citizens to maintain feedback and solve problems together. For example, Norilsk residents themselves choose objects for improvement.
