#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. Young people from the IT center in Krasnoyarsk have created a game called Safety in the Information Environment, designed to help players understand cyber threats, according to the press service of the regional Ministry of Finance.
The game is modeled after Mafia and simulates real-life scenarios on the internet. Participants take on roles as users of online services and service providers, which include legitimate, questionable, and fraudulent options.
Players learn to identify risks, analyze behaviors, and find safe solutions. At the end of each session, they review mistakes and discuss their experiences. The organizers have held 19 meetings so far, with over 760 participants. The game is being played in schools and colleges throughout Krasnoyarsk.
