Meanwhile, in Norilsk, a home ice field was being prepared for the hockey players, bringing it in line with international standards and sports requirements. This week, the Norilsk hockey club held its first open training session on home ice.
“We are definitely excited, because we have the first home game of the club in Norilsk. All players understand where and why we have come, the measure of their responsibility, first of all, to the fans, to Norilsk and to themselves. We want to please our Norilsk fans”, said the club head coach Aidar Musakayev.
In the first match of the All-Russian Hockey League season in Norilsk, our team will face one of the strongest hockey clubs, Neftyanik, this Saturday, September 2.
