“Over the past few years, even several decades, we have rapidly learned new ways to create familiar things. And now this knowledge is useful to us. For example, digitalization – it was slowly gaining momentum, and then it turned out that couldn’t live without it”, said Larisa Zelkova, senior vice president, head of HR, Social Policy and Public Relations.
The phigital format of the forum this year has made it possible to integrate communications between digital and physical spaces. That is, several hundred participants who were in four studios can communicate and interact with several hundred people who have joined the conversation online. Thus, the social technology forum The City is Us! is perhaps the only event that has not been canceled due to the coronavirus.
