#ARCTIC.#SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. Russian mixed martial arts fighter Peter Yan, who is the UFC bantamweight champion of the American promotion, will hold the next fight on December 12 in Las Vegas. His rival will be a fighter from the United States Aljamein Sterling.
Earlier, the main fight of the evening was supposed to be a women’s fight between the winner of titles in two weight categories Amanda Nunez from Brazil and the representative of Australia Megan Anderson. After it became known about the cancellation of this fight, the meeting between Yan and Jamaican American Sterling was called the main event of the evening.

We add that over his entire career in MMA, the 27-year-old Russian, a native of the Krasnoyarsk region, won 15 victories and suffered one defeat. The 31-year-old Sterling has 19 wins and three losses.
As the This Is Taimyr previously wrote, in July, Peter Yan won a historic victory over Brazilian Jose Aldu and won the winner’s belt at the UFC 251 Absolute Fighting Championship.
