Companies plan to produce building materials in Norilsk

June 24, 2022

The industrial park’s creation was discussed at the Nornickel’s import substitution forum.

#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The Norilsk Development Agency’s director Maxim Mironov presented industrial park project:

The industrial park will be of interest to those who plan to localize their production in Norilsk, this is economically feasible. It is costly to send something to Norilsk due to the remoteness, so it is more profitable to produce part of the materials in our city using new technologies.

Maxim Mironov

The industrial park will allow building an interaction scheme between federal structures, a research center, management companies and residents who develop and implement new construction technologies in the North.

The techno park’s residents will get benefits: a guaranteed order, a reduced tax burden, infrastructure construction at the expense of budget funds.

Maxim Mironov said:

We have gathered more than ten companies that have expressed a desire to work in Norilsk and produce materials here. It is mostly building materials. We are ready to discuss contracts and further companies’ production in Norilsk within the forum.
