December 06, 2021

On 11 hectares area, eight residential buildings, a school and a kindergarten are to be built.

#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. In Norilsk, documents were received to officially refer the land plot in the Oganer district in the area of Ozernaya and Yugoslavskaya streets with an area of 11.48 hectares to the lands of the territory integrated development and to start a competition for the participants selection.

The city is waiting for serious proposals from those wishing to apply, because eight houses, a school and a kindergarten are to be built on the allotted site from 2022 to 2029. The first stage involves the construction of three single-entrance residential buildings, a school and a kindergarten. The second stage – five three-entrance houses with a landscaped area. The entire project should be completed in 2029.

Recall that by 2035, according to a four-party agreement, they plan to build 25 multi-storey buildings at the expense of Nornickel and 10 houses in Oganer within the framework of federal funding.

We said earlier that Oganer could become a testing ground for new construction technologies in the Arctic. We also announced that the large-scale transformation of Norilsk will begin in 2022.
