#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. Nornickel, Rosatom, NOVATEK, Apatit, EuroChem have invested an additional 9.3 billion rubles in the development of municipalities over three years, the government of the Murmansk region reported.
In 2020–2022, 126 various events were jointly implemented under regional and municipal agreements in ten settlements. These are urban environment improvement, large social infrastructure facilities implementation in the areas of healthcare, culture, education, sports, road repairs, tourism infrastructure development, young professionals and other social projects financial support provision.
“The Murmansk region government notes the significant contribution of key industrial enterprises to the socio-economic development of the region. The implemented activities show that we are reliable partners and are consolidating joint efforts aimed at improving the quality of life in municipalities – in the territories where the companies operate”, said Olga Kuznetsova, the Murmansk region deputy governor.
