#ARCTIC. #SIBERIA. THIS IS TAIMYR. The Deputy Commission on Municipal Economy considered the draft of a new municipal program – Comprehensive social and economic development of Norilsk – developed on the basis of a four-sided agreement on the territory renovation.
The activities of the program are calculated until 2035 and involve financing of 120 billion 792.3 million rubles.
“The new municipal program consists of five subprograms: housing stock renovation; resettlement of citizens to areas with favorable climatic and social and economic conditions; housing and communal services reforming and modernization, engineering and communal infrastructure restoration; development of social infrastructure; ensuring security on the territory”, the authorities said.
Until 2024, the city plans to demolish seven emergency residential buildings, build 13 low-rise, mid-rise and multi-storey buildings, carry out soils thermal stabilization under ten apartment buildings, repair more than 5.5 thousand running meters of engineering networks, build a new clinic in Talnah and the building of an integrated social service center.
In addition, by the end of this year, a new building of the fire station in the Oganer district is to be commissioned, and by the end of 2022, it is necessary to develop design estimates for the construction of a new water intake on the Norilskaya river.
For the resettlement of northerners to the mainland, funding will be allocated annually. 490 families will receive certificates every year.
