We believe that this will give a certain impetus to our city and the Taimyr territory development”, shared the Norilsk head Dmitry Karasev.
Norilsk should be considered as a supporting settlement of the East Arctic, the meeting participants spoke out and proposed creating a digital double of Norilsk: a set of information systems necessary to ensure municipal management, socio-economic development and security. The digital double of the city is primarily aimed at improving the quality of control and is a tool to support a decision based on large clean and complete data. Recall that in August of this year an agreement was signed on cooperation and interaction on sustainable development of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation between Norilsk and the PORA. The project office is the Norilsk development strategy developing process operator until 2035.
