The organizers of the forum were the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs together with the Center for Assistance to Young Professionals and the Ministry of Tourism and Youth Policy of Kuzbass. The largest Russian employers, including Nornickel, were invited as speakers and experts.
The specialists talked about how to choose the right employer and become competitive in the labor market at the start of a career, and about the corporate programs for attracting students and alumni operating at Nornickel.
Young people were able to ask the speakers important questions. Including about the opportunities for career growth in the company, about the principles of remuneration and the social package for Nornickel employees.
The mini-quiz allowed the children to get to know more about Norilsk and its unique features. And for the most active participants of the online meeting, the specialists of the personnel and social policy department of the Polar Division provided prizes.
In May-June, management specialists plan to hold several online events for graduates of specialized universities, technical schools and colleges in various regions of Russia.
“We hope that one of such meetings for many children will become a turning point in their lives and promising young graduates will come to the North to work at the enterprises of the Norilsk division to become real professionals in the future”, the Nornickel specialists emphasized.
